Clearing applicants with unconditional firm offer who apply for accommodation by Sunday, 31 August 2025 are guaranteed a room on campus.
Accommodation availability for Clearing applicants is allocated on a first come first serve basis, provided you have submitted your room application and your unconditional offer is updated on the system by the deadline date
If you're starting your studies in September and are issued with a conditional offer, you'll be sent you an email with information on how to apply for accommodation on campus. You can submit your application via the Student Living Hub. All new students are guaranteed campus accommodation on campus provided you have met the application conditions. Please note, we're unable to guarantee preferences but the information supplied will help our team to allocate your room.
New students who have applied for accommodation, met the conditions of their course offer, confirmed their place at Brunel and submitted an application by Sunday, 31 August 2025, will be offered a room on campus. If you apply for accommodation from Monday, 1 September 2025, it may take longer for us to find you a room on campus. But you're welcome to add your name to the waiting list for a campus room.
